- The product was damaged in transit: If your item arrives broken or tampered with, we’ll replace it free of charge.
- The product was expired on arrival: Our products are freshly made, but in the rare event you receive an expired one, we’ll resolve it.

What Happens Next?

Our customer experience team will assess your email and respond within 48 hours. - Reverse Pickup Arranged
If your return is approved, we’ll schedule a free reverse pickup. You won’t need to step out — our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep. - Inspection Upon Return
Once the returned item reaches our facility, we’ll inspect it to confirm the issue you described. - Refund or Replacement Issued
After successful inspection, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 24 hours.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank/payment provider.
Important Notes:
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Personal preferences (such as texture, fragrance, or individual skin reactions unless linked to a product defect)
